I made the minimum payment on the date it was due and got a confirmation number and the date it was paid. The next month I was charged a late fee and they raised my payment amount. I wrote them and they reversed the late fee but still tried to charge me an increased minimum payment. I explained to 3 different people that called that it wasn't late and I shouldn't have an increased payment because it was not late but they don't listen to you and just keep rambling on about the new payment and when can I pay it?
