Dear Sir/Madam, I am holding a credit card (5239511106734013) with ICICI bank. I received a call from ICICI Bank customer care that an EMI scheme is applicable on my card till 31st of July, 2009 and I can avail that. I did a shopping on 28th July, 2009 and called customer care to change that amount to EMI option. The customer care executive told me the processing fee and EMI for six months and assured me that it will be converted.
