Would not recommend doing business with this company in any capacity whatsoever to my worst enemy. The dealers give out misinformation with reckless abandon, then corporate customer service (if you can even get through to a human being), amidst a time consuming charade of buck passing, 800 number shuffling, and further misinformation, practically, and sometimes literally, refuses to acknowledge any relationship whatsoever to their retail outlets. I received my boarding pass a full 40 minutes before take-off with no checked baggage. However, due to the completely useless TSA deciding to justify their paychecks, I arrived at the gate 6 minutes before my flight was scheduled to take off. I was told that because I was 4 minutes inside the 10 minute cut-off for boarding that I would have to wait approx.
