I, too, fell for this scam. On Aug. 19 I put the "fee" of $1.95 on my credit card for the "kit" and received a username and password. I waited for an email I was promised for the details about how to apply for government grants. To date, I have not received anything. I went to the site grantsmoney.com/kit and typed the username and password. I discovered that it was pretty much useless to me.
