I meet with John Blackbum in March 2009, he sold us on going with Veritus saying they would update us once a week, and would get our loans modified. We rarly get a phone call, and when we do in only in responce to me calling them. They have not contacted my lender in over 4 months. Thses people are crooks. DO NOT GO NEAR THEM.
