I have recently been charged about $50.00 or so for the norton annual. I was charged this last year as well. I have not had my computer in working condition, I am a student and could not afford to get it fixed. I called and emailed norton to get a refund but no response and noone will answer the phones. They won't even have a automated person say "I'm sorry for the delay, all of our representatives are with other clients at this time, we estimate about 20 minute wait"...nothing!
