So i signed up for a "fixed" rate without knowing it had a "seasonality rate". So it is "fixed" in the sense that the pre-determined rates for the 3 seasons does not change. However, once you get to a new season, the rate changes and they start billing you more. Fixed should be fixed...no seasonality, no variablity, fixed for the entire contract. The PUC should not let them come-up with these creative plans to sign-up customers. read full review »
