I applied loan modification at Wells Fargo in early March 2009. I called 5~6 times to 800 number since then until now. Their answer is always same - 1. It’s under review, 2. There are too many applications so that it will take a time, 3. It will take at least 30 to 60 days, 4. You need to update and send us your financial work sheet and hardship letter again, 5.
