Called the 800 number to cancel my account and after waiting 10 minutes the rep heard "cancel" and I was put right back on hold. Another 10 minutes, another rep and got "disconnected". Called again, waited another 10 minutes and wasn't even allowed to finish my sentence. They heard "cancel" and I was put back on "hold". Called my credit card company and changed my credit card number!! Try hanging up on that!!! CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY FIRST!
