I sent this complaint to FedEx after getting the runaround I'm sure others have had this problem!! Sign me, FEDUP WITH FEDEX Our family has used FedEx, to ship packages out of state, for quite some time. We send material to Knoxville Tennessee, to an elderly/disabled person frequently. We always mark on top of the packages: Attention Carrier: Please put on front porch elderly/disabled recipient.
