My name is hayley and have signed up and paid for a studio in Romania City Residence. We were contacted on Tuesday Advising us to meet up with the managing director in Cardiff on Thursday (yesturday) we went and were informed that it would not be in our best interest to buy in Romania. They wanted us to terminate our agreement and said that if we wanted to carry on with the development then they would build but the property would not be viable.
