I applied for a yes loan and was approved in principle. when i realisied their typical APR is 48%, i though i would leave it. But i was bombarded daily with calls from their premium rate number, which upon answer starts ringing so you pay for their call. I called to be taken off their list which they said they had done. They didnt and tried calling many times where they answer straight away but then "cheerily" put you through to a "customer services" line which is constantly on hold all the time you are still ona premium rate... read full review »
