I happen to own a prison support service company that helps prisoners, their family and friends. We are a "third party" to assist prisoner's families with cutting the cost of prison calls. We have the exact same complaints we see on this complaint board...faxes not being received...unknown blocks...service charges with no service...and poor customer service.
