I ordered a sample or trial of vibrant white for $1.00 on 8-4-09 Then my debit card was charged $88.97 two times on 8-19-2009. I did not even receive the package until 08-08-09 . I did not even have 15 days from receiving the package to try the item. I called to complain 1 about the charge and 2 about being charged twice. They told me to go to this web site and make a paper trail because every thing has to be documented. I also went to the live chat of vibrant white and they told me they didnt no anything about my order. please check into this matter and let me no what to do next.
