I activated bonus card 21, once the SMS is sent 21 rupees got deduted, but service is not activated. I called customer care they said I have to wait for 24 hrs, i waited till 1week but it didnt happen. I called customer care many times no proper response. The raised complaint twice, nothing happened even after 1 week . Customer care disconnecting the call abrubptly. What can be done. Can i file a public welfare case against them .
