Dear Sir, I have purchased a Nokia N-73 Music Version cell phone on 24th Feb'09. Due to some minor sofware problem my phone was given to Nokia Care, (Satna Comunication, Satna, M.P.). They have checked it from every angel and found that the phone is under warranty coverage. To overcome the problem they have decided to upgrade the software of the phone.
