Sir, I have taken Two Wheeler loan from Anand branch of Gujarat for Scooter Regn. No. GJ-7 AM 2728. Which is repaid. Last installment was paid on 30-12-2008, but bank has not issued me matured NOC till date. For which I sent one online complain on 28-7-2009 by SR 113949381. On complaint I recieved phone from Bank and was asked to issue me within a week, regret to say that I have not recieved the NOC till date.
