When I received the product, the box was open and there was no invoice. I spent 2 days on the telephone and on chat messages trying to get a telephone number for the billing department. I was given approximately 15 numbers for Customer Service. Atleast half of the numbers werenot working numbers, and one of the numbers was for Direct TV. I had cancelled the product the day before, and found out they had already charged my charge card 8 days before I received the sample product. They charged me $87.13.
