I know... my second complaint in the caterory "E-Shopping"... You would think I would have at least learned a little, but gas is so expensive and ordering things on-line is just "easier"... WRONG. I know anyone and everyone is out to make money these days but enough is enough. I am currently trying to cancel an order I made from Amazon and their goal is to make it as difficult as possible to get ahold of anyone to request this.
