I intially bought the home warranty plan in March, I purchase one for my home I occupy and a rental. I made several calls a month or so later to have my pool remote fixed and they told me I didn't have that covered. I argued with them advising I would not have bought the warraty, knowing I have a pool and not include it. Got no where. I then called for ceiling fan repair, no one has called me back and to this day, I am still trying to reach them, however, to no avail. I would love to sue for my refund, if anyone is suing please advice, I will love to join. This is the worst home warrnty company I have ever delt with. Fankley they suck. read full review »
