I have applied for icici credit card which was associated with the icici lombard health care policy. i have not recieved any monthly statement and i have even requested for the cancellation of the policy and credit card and the customer care people convinenced me to continual of the policy but they never sent any monthly statement by post or by email even though my email is mentioned in the policy. they say that those details were not updated in their database.
