I have cancelled my Direct Debits with this company .It was set up to cover Sky should an engineer be required, Recently they have taken out over £1oo pounds (2 Payments of £49 .99 plus 2 lots of £6.5o and also another £5. This has been going on since June 2009. I have spent £20 on phone calls and there is never any answer .I have sent an e- mail and two letters (The last one recorded delivery) enclosing infomation from my bank account where the reference numbers change.I notice that many other people have had... read full review »
