I made a purchase of a DVD from HMS for $6.22 plus $2.99 shipping on Aug.7, 2009. Right away I received an email stating the DVD was out of stock and that they would ship it as soon as it came in. On Aug.21 weeks later I got another email stating the DVD was still out of stock. I then decided to cancell the order and did so online. In the same day I received my Credit card Statement and saw a charge for $19.95 from HMS Movies.
