1) Had Alice ADSL in Amsterdam most of 2008 - with various problems. The only response to email is that I need to call their 900# at 25cpm! 2) Tried to transfer my service to new address - Alice said it was not possible - no reason given. 3) Ask to have service disconnected & reconnected at new address with new phone number. I was told I had an outstanding bill for 120 Euros that was 9 months old -- what??? 4) Called DEC 2 2008 to have service terminated 31 Dec.
