This bank has Customer Service from HELL. This company should invest in hiring someone that can train theses people to be professional Customer Service people. I called one day to get account information and the Rep Eric asked me for my address and I provided it he told me that my zip code was wrong and I told him I know what the zip is for my town and gave it to him again and he told me it was wrong so I told him to look it up and that I wasn't wrong.
