Airtel DTH
I had booked the Airtel DTH connection on Saturday ( 26-Mar-2011), They promised me by providing the installation and activiation with 48 hours. It has reached 72 hours. Nobody has contacted nor enquired about this matter.
When I contacted the customer care, they are unable to provide the details of my booking. There is no escalation team working towards this issue.

I'm using Airtel post paid for the past five years. Recently I received a bill for Rs 4, 026.28 for the month of July 2009. I've been charged 2967.00 for SMS . Each SMS billed for Rs. 99.00, 140.00 and so on. These sms's are billed for every second. For example on 06-Jul-2009 Time 12:56:34 Rs 99.00 12:56:35 Rs 99.00, 12:56:36 Rs 99.00 and so on..
