I am a customer of Vodafone since last three years. Yesterday (23/08/09) evening at around 5pm to 6pm I received a call from Vodafone, offering hello Tune / caller tune. During that call I heard the offer and after a while I disconnected the call without pressing any key for acceptance of those offers. But within an hour I found that caller tune has been activated in my mobile and Rs. 45 has been deducted from my balance. Immediately after that I called to Vodafone customer care.
