All Buyers should avoid Frank-Eshop. He ripped me off for a cell phone in June, disappeared for a couple of months, but is now back selling. Due to the expiration of 45 days before I contacted EBay, I was unable to get any satisfaction from them or PayPal. The phone arrived in poor condition, but he continued to assure me that if I returned it a refund would be issued.
