Sir, I am having the HCl K-21 laptop, unfortunately it fell down and broke down, so have made an order through order no. 1685 on dated 24/7/09 at HCl authorized service centre, SCO 2453-54, Sector-22C, Chandigarh. And even i had made a payment og Rs. 2000/- as an advance through receipt no. 1685/24/07/09 to Mr. Arvinder .At that time Mr. Arvinder assured me that it will take hardly 0ne week.
