I subscribed to the Original 1 Cent plan from AirtelCallHome on 21-Aug-09 and 600 Mins was put in my account. And then later in the day when i tried to make a call its was showing my balance as 0 mins. I have been following up with the call center managed by IBM Daksh that they have in Chandigarh India but still no progress. They are not giving the minutes back and also they are not returing the amount to my account. i have been given 24 hours commitments Twice to get this query resolved but still no progress.
