Ordered product and $4.99 30 day trial, and tried to cancel. Agent convinced me to try it for 90 days longer at $6.99 per month. $6.99 charge and a $78.88 charged appeared. When I disputed the $78.99 charge they said I did not cancel in time. I have another friend who encountered a similar problem when cancelling with this company. read full review »
