Countless times we've had chargers for a toshiba laptops die on us and there is no reason for them dying. So we call the company and they say its our fault that the chargers are getting broken when we know for a fact that it is not our fault. They were very unprofessional in helping us. The people who were very unhelpful were Jewel and Claudia, we asked them if we could talk to there manager and they told us that they did not have a manager.
