Hi, I am Ravi Kesri ([email protected]) from India. I have ordered a product named Acai Berry Detox and was told to pay only shipping and handling charges worth 3.95 pounds only. But post receiving products i checked my credit card statement and was shocked to see that viv3lab ltd. had deducted an amount of Rs 5740.96 Indian Rupees for which there was no information to me on what basis the same being deducted.
