The landline No. 0120-2605596 was installed at my place and the phone was dead within an hour...Inspite of repeated complaints, no service personnel turned up. However, after lying dead for almost a month, on last Saturday, i.e. 21st August, 2009, Telephone worked for around half an hour more and fell dead once again. I went and booked a complaint again, but in vain. I think the BSNL should remove its exchange from Indirapuram and stop luring the innocent landline seekers and make way for other telecommunication service providers.
