Would all prospective clients of Oulton Hall Hotel and Restaurant please be aware that the gratuities, 10% added to their account, DO NOT GO TO THE STAFF at the hotel BUT IS KEPT BY THE COMPANY. Since these gratuities are supposed to be optional, please REFUSE to pay them. Of course any client happy with their service can still give gratuities direct to the staff but do not include them in the hotel payment. read full review »
