I have been a hathway customer since 2 months & my subscription plan is 512 blast quaterly. i am supposed to get a speed of 512 kbps & free usage time is from 24:00 - 07:00. i have been using it since 2 months & the speed is dead slow during free usage hrs. Inspite of complaining several times no action has been taken & my main purpose of taking that plan is to download large files at night, but its not being possible with the speed they provide.
