I had purchased a dual sim mobile phone through this website lightinthebox.com, which was expensive. when i found it i had cancelled the order n requested for a refund. the sent the a cancellation number n confirming that i ll be refunded in 48 hrs time. but its been 14 days i havent received my refund. im trying to contact them by email, but the mail is bouncing back. trying by phone, no one picks up the phone. i checked with their online customer support team, they r not responding me properly. this company should be sued. or customers like me will be cheated again and again. read full review »
