Ordered "free trial" samples of Acai Berry Detox, agreeing I would be charged for shipping ONLY. I was notified by my credit card company that charges were attempted without my permission on 8/4 for $87.13 and $83.18 on 8/20/09. When I attempted to cancel charges and received a confirmation number, I was disconnected, refused a confirmation number for cancellation and transferred 4 times before being disconnected.
