I reuwsted a trail offer which I agreed to pay $4.95 for shipping. I received a phone call from a Bromalite representative after I placed the order and I expressly asked that the only charge for this offer was the $4.95 and that there would be no other charges. The representative said that that was correct. I have tries several times to call the 1-866-897-0663 to cancel this and request a credit for the billing on my credit card of $69.95, $34.95 and Fit-fac for $19.95..
