The Seager Memorial Clinic is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization providing free medical, easy-access, non-judgmental, charitable medical, dental, vision, and mental health care to the underserved. In 1988, Dr. Floyd Seager, a local physician, saw a man collapse on the street in Ogden and went to his aid. He learned that the man was homeless and didn’t have any access to medical care.
