My complaint reads like all the others---unauthorized $9.95 on my American Express after I ordered books (separately charged) and the company decided to sign me up? for some newsletter. I didn't notice this immediately, but eventually did, and went to the website and "cancelled" the newsletter I'd never subscribed to in the first place.
