This is definitely a scam. You sign up for a free trial which is shipping charges only and then find out you not only "purchased" two other products totally $44.85 but that you are automatically enrolled in a monthly membership. I did finally get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from their customer care department after holding about 45 minutes on the phone.
