I live in Perth, Western Australia, and I emailed a request for help in a lost item, it is now over 48 hours since my compliant was lodge, and except for the automated response, I have not received anything from Royal-mail, The other problem I had, was they set menu form making a compliant required a postcode, but it will not except overseas postcodes, it requires a postcode for the United Kingdom.
