As a Costco member for many years, my shopping experience is always satisfying until today. I went to your warehouse at 5900 Rodeo Drive, Mississauga for a refund. M family and I lined up for about 20 minutes and when an associate was just available for us, another associate named Reem, brang and lady right in front of us. She told us that this lady was in the wrong line so she should be next. We were extremely upset and told the associate who was going to serve us we should be next. Pizza Pizza

I was looking at the specials and found one to order. I wanted to know how big a 10 inch pizza size was, so I asked the employee there. She simply responded "It's a 10 inch pizza." That didn't make sense. So I asked again "What's the size of a 10 inch pizza?" The employee simply gave a look with lots of attitude and then reached out to grab the boxes to show the size. I was furious. After that visit, I didn't want to go there again. I also sent a complaint by email to pizza pizza. They called back and asked if the message was a prank of some sort.
