I had purchased a Sony Erricson phone for my son in March 2009 from Sharaf DG, Bahrain. Within 4 months, the phone started to malfunction and subsequently concked off completely. I gave the phone to their service centre on 15th August. The receipt said they will repair in 10 days. There is no news till date, and 11 days have passed. When I called them, the lady informed me that someone will call back but nothing as yet. My compliant number is 0265.
