We pre-booked our room over the phone based on impressions we obtained from their web site. The site notes a private beach, a pool in a lush tropical garden, special ambience, signature service, describing the Inn as the "Jewel of the Pacific". Over the phone the rooms were described as being very nice with ocean views.
