I booked a room for one night. Having heard horror stories about New Orleans I decided to go with a well known hotel chain. I arrived at the airport and called the complimentary shuttle service and was told it would be 15 minutes. I waited and waited 3 calls and 1 hour later the complimentary shuttle finally arrived. I booked a non-smoking double room.
