I am POA for my mother and filled her RX with Caremark for 3 years. Now they decide they need my POA. I've sent it 3 times, they have returned it 3 times requiring more info. On uninformed employee insisted I 'must send the original POA. That is not realistic. This is a poor company to deal with and they don't have a clue what they're doing. When you're attorney draws up your POA, be aware that many companies will refulse to accept it, if they ever do. read full review »
