I have purchased a Samsung TFT Monitor 20" on 08 Aug 09 has got a complaint on Display which was reported to your call centreon 11 Aug 09 vide BP No. 8409166437. A Samsung rep has visited on 12 Aug 09 and certified the component faulty and told company will replace it. Till today it is not replaced.
