This company charges your credit card immediately upon ordering EVEN IF THEY DO NOT HAVE THE PRODUCT AVAILABLE. Over the first week after charging my account, they replied to my inquirys (1) temporary shipping delay due to weather, (2) backordered until end of next month, (3) manufacturer discontinued so order cancelled.
